Once a few simple configurations are entered, the Groopz Server constantly monitors site traffic providing real-time updates via the operator interface. The company representative is not only able to see the prospects online and in real-time, but also interact with them proactively and reactively providing instant customer service and sales support.

1) A standard window with a user chosen and displaying their info.
